Climatiq and Zycus partner to bring comprehensive emission factor data to the Lythouse platform

We are excited to announce our partnership with Zycus, a leader in Cognitive Procurement solutions, to bring Climatiq Data to their newly launched ESG platform, Lythouse

The Lythouse platform streamlines ESG data collection, analysis, and reporting, seamlessly integrating with Zycus' systems and connecting with any third-party business application. This solution facilitates accurate scope 3 emission insights for all 15 categories in scope 3, empowering global enterprises to drive substantial transformation across their organizations.

Lythouse customers can now leverage Climatiq’s extensive database of scientifically vetted emission factors, providing global coverage across key industries which produce significant scope 3 emissions.

This collaboration marks a major advancement in sustainable procurement practices, as Lythouse customers are able to seamlessly measure their emissions, meet growing regulatory requirements, and take proactive steps towards transforming their ESG strategies.

Solving the complexity of scope 3

"Our collaboration with Climatiq marks a pivotal moment in enhancing the Lythouse platform's capabilities in ESG reporting and scope 3 calculations'', said Manish Kumar, Assistant Vice President of Product Management at Lythouse, “With Climatiq's integration, offering over 70,000 emissions factors meticulously linked to our system, we now boast an unparalleled global span in crucial industries like energy and transportation, alongside precise scope 3 emissions insights for purchased goods and services. This partnership fundamentally transforms our clients' ability to effortlessly calculate and report their emissions, significantly propelling them towards achieving their environmental objectives more swiftly.

In addition to standard emission factors, the database will also incorporate Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) factors, addressing challenges clients have faced in accessing and utilizing these specific metrics.”

Hessam Lavi, Co-founder and CEO at Climatiq, expressed enthusiasm about the collaboration: "Partnering with Lythouse allows us to bring our robust database to a wider audience, enabling organizations to easily understand their carbon impact and advance their sustainability initiatives more rapidly through informed purchasing decisions."
